AromaSync

AromaSync is a student-led research project exploring Ayurvedic aromatherapy to reduce stress and improve sleep through a calming, non-invasive approach.

AromaSync is an innovative student-led research project currently in its prototype stage, developed in collaboration with Rashtrotthana Hospital and Research Centre under the mentorship of Dr. Divya, Research Head. Undertaken as part of a structured academic research program, the project reflects a thoughtful integration of traditional knowledge and modern wellness needs.

The core focus of AromaSync lies in exploring aromatherapy techniques rooted in Ayurvedic principles to support mental calmness and improve sleep patterns. It aims to address early-stage concerns such as stress, mental imbalance, and insomnia through a preventive, non-invasive approach.

By designing a calming sensory environment, AromaSync seeks to enhance relaxation and promote overall well-being while maintaining alignment with ethical medical practices and professional research guidance. The project has already received appreciation for its innovative concept and its potential to contribute meaningfully to accessible mental wellness solutions.
